Adding Drink Credits to the Shared Spirits System

Adding Drink Credits to the Shared Spirits System

It is assumed you've taken the first on-boarding steps and built most of your venue's profile. Now it's time to load drink credits into the system.
These are the drink credits that customers, patrons, and others may gift to others or drink credits that may be featured in specific campaigns supported by your own marketing spends or the marketing spend of spirits, wine, or beer brands or any other sponsor of campaigns.

You will find it necessary to Login with your credentials to take this step. You will have received an email from Shared Spirits that looks like this.
Welcome Email from Shared Spirits
Login to your Shared Spirits account with you credentials.

Your screen will look as follows:

Venue Back Office in Shared Spirits
Click the Drinks field where you see the martini glass. Your screen will look like this.

Drink Credits Screen
Click the Add Drink button to start loading your first drink. Your screen will appear as follows:

Drink Inventory Loading Form. This step puts drink credits in the system for sale and campaign use.
Fill in the data and take note of the following primary points.

Adding Drinks to the Shared Spirits Software
In the above screen, note the drink was checked "Active" but not "Featured". This means the drink is searchable on the Shared Spirits App but not featured on the Discover home screen rotation. For drinks being used in campaigns, this is ALL that is necessary. If you plan on sharing the Shared Spirits option for patrons and supporters of your establishment for peer to peer purchases or gifting then you may wish to click Feature as well.

Drink credits available for sale and campaign use will show up in like this in your Drinks Management Area. You may edit drink details here.

Drink details are edited here.
